Easy Seared Scallops Recipe
- 6 scallops
- 2 teaspoon softened butter
- 1 tablespoon basil olive oil
- fresh lemon
- Place olive oil in medium heated frying pan.
- Add scallops to pan with a little salt & pepper.
- Add butter, then cook on each side for 2 or 3 mins.
- Remove and place on plate.
- Sprinkle lemon on top, followed by the chives and serve.
