Very Easy Cheese Fondue Recipe
- 1 pound Velveeta (cut into cubes)
- 1 c. white wine (dry)
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- Mix together the dry mustard, cornstarch and wine in sauce pan.
- Mix in the Velveeta, then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar, let it cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place in fondue pot and serve with favorite bread cubes.
