Ingredients:

  • 1 pound Velveeta (cut into cubes)
  • 1 c. white wine (dry)
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch


Directions:

  1. Mix together the dry mustard, cornstarch and wine in sauce pan.
  2. Mix in the Velveeta, then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Mix in the shredded cheddar, let it cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Place in fondue pot and serve with favorite bread cubes.
