Chocolate Pudding with Whipped Cream

- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. baking cocoa
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Whipped Cream
- Combine cocoa, salt, cornstarch and sugar in sauce pan, gradually adding the milk as you mix.
- Bring everything to bubbling over medium heat, then stir for a minute in a half.
- Take off burner, stir in the vanilla and butter.
- Place in small dishes/cups and top with whipped cream.
